After Thanksgiving I didn’t know what to make, so I went online and discovered this delicious recipe for “Cottage Pie” where I could use the roast beef, vegetables and mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving. Delightfully filling and tasty it was the perfect comfort food for the occasion.
